About the University of Michigan Law School Chapter

The ACLU of Michigan- University of Michigan Law School Chapter is dedicated to getting students involved in civil rights issues, from the local to the national. Student-run, the chapter puts on a variety of programming designed to bring current civil rights issues to the attention of the next generation of legal leaders.

Strategizing to Overcome Legal Discrimination in Michigan February 15, 2010

We gathered to discuss tools and resources to overcome legal discrimination in Michigan with human rights attorney Deborah Labelle and ACLU of Michigan LGBT Project staff attorney Jay Kaplan. This event was co-sponsored by the ACLU of Michigan Washtenaw Branch, Oasis TBLG Outreach Ministry, Inclusive Justice Program and Equality Now Michigan.
