The American Civil Liberties Union of Michigan with the Natural Resources Defense Council will host a Facebook Live panel discussion followed by Q&A for Flint residents and the press to share an update regarding the enforcement of the legal settlement in Concerned Pastors for Social Action v. Khouri, to remove Flint’s lead pipes.
Our panel of case experts, attorneys, and clients will discuss the current state of the landmark legal settlement in the case, directing the City of Flint to use a data-driven approach to replacing the remaining lead pipes delivering water to residents’ homes.
