ACLU of Michigan volunteers are central to advancing civil rights and civil liberties in Michigan. We are committed to supporting engaged volunteer teams across the state that will defend and protect the rights of Michiganders in the communities where you live and work. With the promise of better days before us, we invite you to this opportunity to build community with fellow volunteers to help chart the course forward to a more just, more equitable, Michigan.

Starting on Wednesday, February 24, 2021 we’ll host a series of three meetings to talk about the vision for volunteer engagement at the ACLU of Michigan and provide insight into the key civil rights issues facing our communities over the next year. This meeting will be held at a statewide level and will include regional breakout forums so that you can connect with fellow volunteers in your community. We hope you’ll join us for all three meetings—as each meeting will build on the one before it. YOU are the expert on the volunteer experience, and we’re excited to join you in this conversation.
