2026 Power & Purpose Trainings

We are in the fight of a lifetime to defend our rights, our freedoms, and our democracy. The Power & Purpose Training hosted by the ACLU of Michigan is a free, high impact, one day experience designed to give you the tools to organize, mobilize, and lead in this critical moment. Our communities need bold action, and we need you in the fight! All we ask is that you commit to the full day and bring someone with you. Organizing is relational, and the path forward depends on all of us. Now is the moment to stand up for our democracy, so join us for this training and be part of the movement for change.

Volunteer to Protect and Defend the Vote in 2026

Equal and fair voting is the cornerstone of Democracy. But for Democracy to work, it must work for all of us, no matter who we are or where we live. As we gear up for the 2026 election, we need all of us to ensure every eligible voter has access to the ballot box. Join us to help ensure that Michigan's elections are safe, secure, and accessible.

These two bills protect our constitutional rights while balancing public safety by setting commonsense limits on ALPR use and data retention and requiring transparency and accountability through public reporting.
