Liz Balck is the West Michigan Advocacy Strategist, based in her hometown of Grand Rapids. Liz’s undergraduate degree is in psychology and sociology and her graduate degree is in law. Liz has practiced immigration law exclusively for the past 12 years, at Justice for Our Neighbors Michigan and in private practice. Liz previously worked in the Michigan legislature as the district director for a state senator, where she worked on broad range of policy issues implicating civil liberties.
