Recently a Catholic hospital denied permission to Jessica Mann, a pregnant Michigan woman with a life-threatening brain tumor, to have her tubes tied after she delivers her baby--despite her doctor's recommendation. As a result, a pregnant woman could be put at risk because a hospital has chosen religious belief over sound medicine. This is Jessica's story.
